Costs for Last Will and Testaments

Our aim is to give you a number of options in order to make the service as cost effective as possible. Unlike other Willwriter we have fixed costs agreed before the Will is produced.

Single - represents the one individual Will

Mirror is when two people have the same wishes i.e. one Will reflects the other. (two Wills with the same wishes)

Downloadable standard Will - short version of a Will containing the basic clauses for a Will i.e., Commencement and Revocation, Executors, basic legacy, Residue of the estate, Burial or Cremation and attestation. This is not suitable when minors are to be beneficiaries.

Standard Will - As above but includes a number of clauses in addition to those of the basic law to write a Last Will and Testament which makes it easier for the executor to carry out your wishes regarding the estate. Includes more funeral details, residue goes to 3 levels which help to future proof the Will and also includes guardianship for young children. (This will be sufficient for most families).

Standard complex - as above but may include more beneficiaries, a number of additional gifts, additional gifts to charity, legacy of pets, separate trustees to executors etc.

Business Will - For those with business interest of any kind - directorship, shareholding,sole trader, full or part time business, partnership or self employed, consultancy etc. A Business Persons Will expands a normal Will to protect your business interests, ensuring that your business assets are secure.

Community Care Act Protection - This includes the setting up of trusts and may include, Legacy of general discretionary Trust of money, Legacy of Discretionary Trust nil rate band, Legacy of discretionary trust for education. Also includes the changing of tenancy on property (if required). This level of Will also includes the setting up of trusts for mentally handicapped beneficiaries.
