Lasting Powers of Attorney
Enduring Powers of Attorney can be created, often called Living Wills. (previously Enduring Powers of Attorney) They are drawn up prior to a person suffering mental illness or when they can no longer handle their own affairs. When a person is certified as no longer being competent the Lasting Powers of Attorney come into force. This site gives the full procedures for drawing up the document. This site gives you access FREE OF CHARGE. However the document can be difficult to understand and hence if we are required to guide you through the document and help sign etc there would be a small administration charge.
