What if I have no relatives or beneficiaries
Particularly when we get old we find that most if not all of our relatives have predeceased us. Sadly if no near relatives are available and we have not written a will this falls under the rules of intestate.
Sadly and in line with most of our fears our hard earned cash and all our property will fall to the state. You can make a Will which will allow friends or charities to benefit and prevent the state from benefiting from your death.
